Afterglow: Bronzing & Blowout Bar is expanding in the Central Valley and we are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our team. If you are someone that thrives in a fast paced, professional, and high energy environment then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Customer service, marketing, and training of sales processes
• Supervise front desk and blowout bar personnel
• Inventory management
• Salon sanitation oversight
• Sales of services, memberships and products
• Calendar management
• Opening & closing procedures
• Coaching and development of staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a fast paced aesthetics office/ salon environment and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a professional salon setting
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call
