Role Overview

As a  Virtual Benefits Representative , you’ll drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions. This role is ideal for  self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a successful, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads provided by the company to assess client needs.
• Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships for ongoing client satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to refine strategies and processes.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
