Riffle Shooting

Success in Riffle Shooting sports builds confidence, allowing participants to set new goals on their Own and take on new challenges with ease as they progress further on.

Swimming Class

Memory and thinking skills improve with regular swimming class. This is beneficial not only in the classroom and at work, but also as we get older.

Martial Arts

Martial arts are codified systems and traditions of combat practiced for a number of reasons such as self-defense; military and law enforcement applications; competition; physical, mental, and spiritual development; entertainment; and the preservation of a nation's intangible cultural heritage.

Boxing

Boxing is an incredible workout that will challenge many of your senses and capacities in addition to providing some outstanding benefits like burning fat and improving your cardiovascular system. Cricket is a great team sport. We all love to watch cricket and invariably go gaga over our favorite team. However, there are a few passionate lovers who get down to playing the game themselves. From gully cricket, school-level matches and inter-state tournaments; while the magnitude of enthusiasm for this game keeps increasing, there are myriad benefits of playing cricket that are hard to ignore.

Football

Soccer is the most popular sport in the world and is played in most countries. It is a team sport, involving 11 players on each side who use their legs, head and torso to pass a ball and score goals. The nature of the game means that players may be sprinting, running fast or slow, and sometimes may be standing around.

Volley Ball

The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Last but not least, volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.
